Devon is the only lender I will ever turn to if I have any questions related to buying a house! His style of communication takes seemingly complicated topics and breaks them down in a way that makes them clear to understand all while not making you feel less than for asking. Ok so I’m not super financially savvy, but the good news is—Devon is, and he made me not feel stupid when I asked a zillion questions, sometimes more than once. Devon is kind, approachable, responsive and great at what he does. We got my refi done ASAP and it was pretty much painless for me, while I sense it was probably a lot of work for him. I also worked with Devon when I bought my house several years ago. This time around, I asked my husband “do you think Devon is still in the area?” I picked up the phone and called the number I had for him, and Devon not only picked up, but stopped everything he was doing to talk to us for what had to have been 2 hours. I could go on, but why—if you need a mortgage person, just call Devon! You’ll see what I mean instantly.

Devon was just incredible. He first met with us (virtually) to discuss the different types of loans, before we even decided to take out a mortgage. Then he was available any time were had follow- up questions throughout the entire process. We closed remotely via power of attorney, and his team worked mostly in the background with our attorney to get that set up. If we were to move again in the general area, I wouldn’t waste any time shopping for a different lender.
